StarGreyIf you manage your own tenancy but wish us to carry out visits to your property either whilst empty during void periods or whilst tenanted, there will be a charge of £25 per visit (with the exception of conducting viewings whilst being offered for re-let)

Star-Purple2A copy of the inventory/schedule of condition prepared at the start of the tenancy will be provided to non-managed Landlords. If have registered the security deposit on your behalf this will be released on written instruction of the Landlord. No dispute will be entered into on a Landlord’s behalf regarding any dilapidation claims at the end of the tenancy.
